Tony Black is a CEFEX-Certified Retirement Plan Advisor with WIA, based in Bloomington, Minnesota. With his retirement plan consulting career starting in 2005, he has extensive knowledge of Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit retirement plans and has worked with a wide range of plan sponsors.

As a retirement plan consultant, Tony helps organizations align their retirement plans with their goals and assists them in meeting their fiduciary obligations to participants. He provides expertise in plan design, investment due diligence, and a focus on strategic and direct participant education.

Tony holds degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management, where he was also an active member of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi.

Tony resides in Eden Prairie with his wife and two daughters. When he is not helping his daughters as a Dance Dad, he enjoys golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with his family.

Matt Voecks is a CEFEX-Certified Retirement Plan Advisor with WIA, based in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Matt has been consulting with qualified retirement plans since 2004, providing a comprehensive customized approach for plan sponsors wanting to take advantage of his experience, knowledge of plan design, and investment process. As a Qualified Plan Consultant, Matt assists his plan sponsor clients in meeting their fiduciary obligations to their participants and strategically aligns the communication effort with organizational goals.

Matt is originally from Thief River Falls in northern Minnesota. He went on to study and graduate with a Finance and Economics degree from Minnesota State University Moorhead. While in college, he had an active leadership role in the Financial Managers Association.

Matt lives in Mendota Heights with his wife and two boys. He enjoys working out, playing golf, snow skiing, and traveling when he's not taking care of his kids.
