Bob Recchia has over forty years’ experience in the financial services and benefits industry with primary focus in the employer sponsored retirement plan markets.

In 1973, Bob began his financial services career with the Equitable Life Assurance Society of the US, then ranked as the third largest pension fund manager in the world. Bob now brings you a lifetime of experience and great ideas to guide you and your participants to success, however you define it.

We know that most employees are financially stressed and worry that they will not have enough money to retire on time. We also know that we can help close the gap by coaching Plan Sponsors toward better plan designs and providing unconflicted financial planning advice.

On a personal note, Bob is inspired by the achievements of the great Jack LaLanne. Bob ran a marathon in his 30s and became a 3rd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do in his 40’s. In his 60s he enjoyed power lifting, bench-pressing 400 lbs. over 15 repetitions. Most of all Bob loves spending time with Audrey, his wife of 49 years and his growing family.

Alex has 7 years’ experience in the financial services industry with experience spanning roles such as financial analyst, banking Branch Service Officer and retirement plan consulting, Alex is also actively pursuing the CFP credential and is heading up various service expansions in our retirement plan consulting practice.
